Elsie is a solicitor qualified in Hong Kong and has a wide ranging practice predominately in civil and company/commercial matters, including (amongst others) contractual disputes, corporate and shareholders’ disputes, corporate insolvency matters, directors’ disputes, employment matters, intellectual properties (contentious & non-contentious), mental health proceedings, and trust and probate (contentious & non-contentious).  She also has considerable experience negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements and transactions at both local and cross-border levels.
