Martin Yeung, who is a founder and a partner of our firm, has a broad criminal practice with an emphasis on general crime cases (including, drug trafficking) and white-collar crime cases (including, without limitation, fraud, money-laundering, bribery and corruption, ancillary matters such as restraint and confiscation orders). He also acts for and advises clients in investigations brought by the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Police, Hong Kong Customs Excise Department and other licensing and regulatory bodies in Hong Kong.
Apart from criminal practice, Martin has an expanding civil litigation practice covering disputes in areas such as commercial/corporate disputes, contractual disputes, land resumption and property disputes, personal injuries and defamation. He also advises clients upon a variety of commercial transactions in local and cross-border levels.
Further, Martin represents clients in judicial reviews and coroners and inquests cases.
