David Mann is a partner of the firm. David is an accomplished litigator, and he maintains a hands-on, broad-based litigation practice, with extensive experience in civil, criminal and matrimonial litigation. He advises private corporate entities, SMEs, as well as individuals.
While David is an experienced litigator and his practice mainly involves highly complicated and contentious matters, he gives sensible and practical advice to his clients and is always proactive in exploring resolutions to his client’s disputes.
David’s expertise in matrimonial and family law helps his clients in dealing with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious family matters, including the preparation of nuptial agreements, custody and maintenance of children and financial disputes.
Aside from assisting his clients on contentious matters, David regularly
assists his clients in a wide variety of non-contentious matters, such as advising and drafting commercial agreements, employment contracts, and assists on other private client matters such as wills and probate and preparation of enduring power of attorney.
David advises private corporate entities, SMEs, as well as individuals.
